Ivyhill Digital was founded by Johanne Jefferson in 2020. It is a small consultancy based in Bangor, Northern Ireland focusing on supporting small businesses with their digital marketing.

I'm a geek and always have been. I love data, lists, order, methods. But I also love creativity, imagination and seeing beauty in ordinary things. So when I discovered digital marketing, I knew I'd found my thing.
I combine creativity with data to help businesses connect with their customers. That might involve improving what's already there or starting from scratch, either way, it works.
My marketing career started back in 2006 when I worked for the world's largest floating bookstore onboard MV Logos 2, creating marketing strategies to sell books. Since then I've worked in Tourism, Tech, Professional Services and Medical Device industries. I am currently a technical diagnostics expert for website on the Failte Ireland Digital that Delivers programme and am head of communications for Bangor Chamber of Commerce.
As a Chartered Marketer I make sure I keep up to date with the latest industry news and trends in this fast-moving discipline. To provide a wider range of service, I work with experienced and carefully selected associates to support clients with web development, graphic design and PPC. Meet some of them below.

I am another geek! With a keen interest in the convergence of Tech and Marketing to deliver innovative and customer oriented solutions.
With over 20 years experience in the Financial Services industry in the UK, Ireland and Australia, I have worked for Bank of Ireland, Quinn Insurance, Pioneer Investments and ANZ Bank. I have also worked in the Tech industry. My career began with an Enterprise Ireland tech startup placement. And in 2018 I joined The Serverless Edge to build an online community dedicated to the future of work, software and technology.
I have a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies Degree from UCD and a Postgrad in Marketing Practice from UCD MIchael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Last year I completed the Postgraduate Expert in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.
Volunteering at the MS Society UK and Shift.MS allows me to lend my skills to help third sector organisations succeed in a digital world.

Lorraine is a Graphic Designer and received a BDes (hons) in Visual Communications from NCAD, Dublin in 2007.
Lorraine works to enhance the visibility and credibility of independent businesses among their target audience. Her passion lies in creating tailor-made logos and brand identities, equipping her clients with the confidence and strategic tools needed to propel their business forward. Ensuring precise alignment with their intended audience and messaging.

Fractional CMO and SOSTAC Trainer
Lydia is an experienced business mentor and fractional CMO (with marketing and business development specialisms) with specific corporate experience in economic development, the arts, higher education and tourism/visitor attraction sectors in Northern Ireland. She works with clients across all sectors.
Lydia is a Chartered Marketer, a SOSTAC© Certified Planner and a qualified Executive Coach.
