We helped Knots Out, a new wellness studio in Bangor, set up their digital presence.  By creating a simple Google Site, setting up a Google Business Profile and linking a new Facebook and Instagram profile we were able to offer cost effective solutions for this new business.

 

Within a week, they got their first booking from Google Search and through Instagram, which has given them the buzz, determination and confidence to build on this and help their business to grow.

Optimised Shopify site for SEO to better position the business for corporate gifting which resulted in their first corporate order within two weeks.

Set up automated emails with Klavriyo including cart abandonment and repeat purchase thank you messages which now attribute to a health proportion of sales each month.

Marcomm Training

Set up an e-commerce page on their existing website to sell their communications book. Over the past year they have sold 100+ books which would otherwise only have been sold when attending events.

Over the course of our first year working with Marcomm, we grew LinkedIn followers by over 100%. The combined social reach from all the channels was 50k and we drove over 1k visitors to the website from social media organically.

Directus NI

Added a Calendly booking system and Stripe Payments to this business consultant's website to automate a previously time consuming system. Consultancy appointments can now be booked online in real time, improving the customer experience and freeing up the business owner for more strategic work.

Increased follower by 64% in the first three months of strategy implementation.  Engagement rate averages 5% and there was an 18% increase in traffic to the website from LinkedIn.

Women Breaking Barriers

The grant funded project was starting from scratch, aimed at economically inactive women. We organically grew their following to over 2k across their platforms and gathered user generated feedback on the programme and had great engagement by creating a mythbusting video series.

Derry Choirfest

In October 2020 this festival was forced online with the Covid pandemic restrictions. The usual live performances were swapped with high-quality pre-recorded performances, with viewers accessing for a small fee.  Alongside this we had free performances from choirs across the globe allowing us to reach a new audience.

 

Over the course of the festival we grew Facebook followers by 101% and had over 200k video views with engagement from people in over 50 countries.  This gave the festival a wider global reach that they have been able to build on for subsequent in-person festivals.
